Trading in the shares of Cover Technologies Inc. will remain halted pending receipt and review of acceptable documentation regarding the Fundamental Acquisition pursuant to CSE Policy 8. This regulatory halt is imposed by Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, the Market Regulator of the Exchange, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.9(1) of the Universal Market Integrity Rules.

2020-1022 – Changement et consolidation de nom et de symbole - Mag One Products Inc.(MDD)

Mag One Products Inc. has announced a name change and symbol change to Cover Technologies Inc. (COVE).  and a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post consolidated common share for every twenty (20) pre-consolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 2,752,145 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on October 20, 2020.

2019-0210 - Suspension - Mag One Products Inc. (MDD)

Mag One Products Inc. is in default of CSE requirements. Effective immediately, Mag One Products will be suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules.  A cease trade order has been issued by the Ontario Securities Commission and the British Columbia Securities Commission.
