Valorem Resources Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated common share for every thirty five (35) pre-consolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 2,800,357 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.

Effective immediately, Valorem Resources Inc. is suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules.  A cease trade order has been issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission.
