The common shares of Vital Resources Corp have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 8.9 million common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 3 million shares. Vital is engaged in exploration and development of natural resource properties. Vital's current objective is to conduct detailed exploration on the Horseshoe Island Property, located in the Red Lake Mining Division of Ontario. Vital holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the property.
