Seahawk Gold Corp. (the "Issuer") was halted following the announcement on June 26, 2024 that it was undertaking the acquisition of FlexGPU, an AI data center development company. The acquisition would constitute a Fundamental Change pursuant to CSE Policy. The terms of the acquisition have been amended such that it will not be considered a Fundamental Change.
