The common shares of ZAIO Corporation have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 87,089,003 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 78.3 million shares.

ZAIO is developing and maintaining a site-verified database of photos, valuations and property information of virtually every residential property for entire cities, using a proprietary �GeoScore�� property rating system. ZAIO works with networks of local appraiser experts to photograph and appraise entire cities, one building at a time from the street.
