Pursuant to a Plan of Arrangement announced with SweetrLife Technologies Ltd., the number of shares each Armada shareholder will hold in SweetrLife will be equal to the number of Armada shares held by the Armada shareholder at the close of business on the effective date of the Arrangement multiplied by the conversion factor of .0289855. 

Armada will begin trading ex-distribution March 27, 2014.
