Target Capital Inc. (“TCI”) has declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per common share for shareholders of record as at September 24, 2014. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on October 1, 2014.

Target will begin trading ex-dividend on September 22, 2014.
