VSBLTY Groupe Technologies Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 34,870,780 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.

VSBLTY Groupe Technologies Corp Warrants (the "Warrants") have been approved for listing.

Each Warrant shall entitle each Warrant holder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time, to acquire one (1) Share upon payment of the Exercise Price of $0.65.
