In late 2010, Blue Zen Memorial Parks Inc. (“Blue Zen” or the “Company”) acquired certain assets by way of a reverse take-over transaction and prepared to conduct operations related to the development and management of Memorial Parks in the People’s Republic of China (“China”). However, after experiencing extensive delays in obtaining the necessary licenses and business permits to operate memorial parks within the Yixing Province of China, the Company made a decision to realign its strategic focus and collaborate with International Natural Resources Ltd. (“INR”), a BVI-based mineral exploration firm, to pursue the acquisition of mining assets and specialize in the business of mineral exploration and development worldwide. Both Blue Zen and INR have jointly committed substantial time and efforts over the last 18 months examining numerous site options in terms of both their geological potential and the overall value of the concessions. They are continuing their joint activities to acquire a suitable asset for injection in Blue Zen and raise sufficient capital to fund the proposed business of Blue Zen as a mineral exploration and development company.
