Bannockburn Resources Limited has announced a subdivision of its common shares on a five new for one old basis, and a name change to Lucara Diamond Corp. The name change will be effective on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 and shares of the Company will trade on a subdivided basis under the new trading symbol, "LUCA" on that day.
