2020-0911 – Name and Symbol Change and Consolidation - Corsurex Resource Corp. (CRC)

Corsurex Resource Corp. has announced a name change and symbol change to Gold Port Corporation (GPO).  and a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post consolidated common share for every two (2) pre-consolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 19,714,781 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on September 11, 2020.

2020-0718 - Suspensions

Effective immediately, the following companies are suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspensions are considered Regulatory Halts as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules.  A Cease Trade Orders have been issued by one or more securities commissions.
